A loving and dynamic family of four, based in Santa Barbara CA, are looking for a positive role model, an authentic individual who can provide caring support while actively engaging and connecting with their 5 year old boy and 6 month old girl.
While in sole charge the nanny’s responsibilities will include, but not limited to; all nursery duties, morning and evening routines, food preparation, children’s laundry and tidying up play areas, organisation of intellectually stimulating activities, and to transport the children to and from school or other extracurricular activities.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience as a nanny, ideally holding formal qualifications in childcare or education. Must own a car, be a confident driver, and have a clean driving record. Is trustworthy, possesses a high level of emotional intelligence, and can work independently.

- Qualifications / Requirements
- 3 years’ childcare experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in education
- Bright, caring and confident demeanour
- Demonstrates excellent judgement and ownership in their role
- Is legal to work for any employer in the US
- Paediatric/First Aid Certificate (one child with peanut allergy)
- Holds a clean background check
- Has a minimum of two outstanding contactable references
- Holds a valid US driver’s licence
