A family of three based in Ibiza are looking for an upbeat, affectionate, English speaking Nanny/Governess to care for their 5-year-old boy. The large family home is situated 20 minutes from the city of Ibiza and offers the child carer a separate room with bathroom, air conditioning, terrace, TV and internet.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to; all nursery duties, morning and evening routines, preparing meals, helping the child with homework, organisation of stimulating activities, games and play dates, accompanying the child to the beach and to transport the child to and from school and any extracurricular activities.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience as a live in nanny, holds formal qualifications in childcare or education and is a university graduate. Must be native or fluent in English, a confident driver, confident swimmer, and is willing to travel with the family. The family has other staff but nanny must be willing to muck in.

Qualifications / Requirements
- 3 years’ full-time professional childcare experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in education
- Bright, caring and confident demeanour
- Demonstrates excellent judgement and ownership in their role
- Valid EU or UK passport holder
- Paediatric/First Aid Certificate
- DBS or criminal police check
- Has a minimum of two outstanding contactable references
- Experience teaching or tutoring early years students
- Holds a valid UK or EU driver’s license
