Professional parents of a 9-year-old boy are looking for a wonderful candidate who is organised, thoughtful, and energetic to work with additional staff in their beautiful home!
This creative and dynamic family values culture, travel, and maintains a very healthy and active lifestyle. They are excited to find a candidate who truly values these same qualities! The Manny selected can look forward to opportunities to travel and to become an integral part of this wonderful family.
Schedule will be combined with that of another nanny (days and hours to be negotiated) when the school year is in session, with flexibility required during periods of travel and in summer months.
Compensation is generous and commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and option of an annual bonus.
*This is a live-out position in which preference will be given to candidates local to the Beverly Hills area.*
Responsibilities
- Care for and engage curious boy (age 9)
- Manage schedules and take child to school and their various extracurricular activities
- Plan enriching activities beyond basic care, including local outings and adventures
- Assisting the household in: managing schedules, running errands, grocery shopping, occasional meal prep, children’s laundry, general picking up around the house, and being proactive and jumping in where needed
- Occasionally travel with the family
Qualifications
- 3 years’ full-time professional childcare experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Bright, driven and confident demeanor
- Demonstrates excellent judgement and ownership in their role
- Valid passport or residence/working visa, driver’s license and clean driving record
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Has a minimum of two outstanding references
- Experience teaching or tutoring early elementary students a big plus!
- Must be animal friendly
Is able to take on long term commitment, where travel is involved
